Returns & Exchanges

At High Fashion Home, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer care team or log into your account portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of receipt.

• 2.
  Prepare the Item

  Carefully repackage the item in its original shipping materials and box to ensure it remains protected during transit; items must be in like-new condition.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of the package and drop it off at the designated carrier location or schedule a freight pickup for larger furniture pieces.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus applicable restocking and shipping fees.
